Walt Disney Studios Park is preparing for a large-scale transformation of Studio 1 and its immediate surroundings. The transformation, which will be completed in the spring of 2025, will immerse guests in the glamour and magic of a Hollywood film premiere.
A new entrance: Studio 1 becomes World Premiere
From the park entrance, guests are drawn into the story. The iconic Studio 1, which currently depicts a film set on Hollywood Boulevard, will be given a completely new look. The interior will be replaced by a décor that pays tribute to historic Hollywood cinemas and the entertainment industry in general. At the end of World Premiere, you enter the Disney Theatre and find yourself in the park, as if you have stepped into the films. The new entrance building, renamed World Premiere, will open its doors in spring 2025.

World Premiere Plaza: a dynamic and welcoming environment
Once outside World Premiere, guests find themselves in the heart of World Premiere Plaza, the park's new central square. This area, formerly known as Production Courtyard and Toon Studio, is currently being transformed into a stylish, Art Deco-inspired setting. The teams at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris are transforming the square into a dynamic and welcoming environment with a design inspired by the famous facades of the theatres of Soho and Broadway. In the evening, the magic comes to life with bright lights illuminating the entire experience!

A complete immersive experience
The transformation of Studio 1 and World Premiere Plaza is more than just a visual upgrade. The aim is to take guests on a completely immersive experience from the moment they enter the park. The new environments will bring the glamour and magic of Hollywood to life and make guests feel like they are in the middle of a real film premiere.
