It's official: World of Frozen will open in spring 2026

During the D23 event in Florida, Disneyland Paris announced the official opening period for World of Frozen: spring 2026. The new themed area will be part of the revamped Disney Adventure World, formerly Walt Disney Studios Park.

The news that fans have been waiting for has finally been confirmed. The opening of World of Frozen marks an important milestone in the large-scale expansion and renovation of the resort's second park. With the construction of Elsa's iconic Ice Palace already clearly visible, the arrival of the kingdom of Arendelle is becoming increasingly concrete.

The opening of this new land coincides with the official transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World, a park that will revolve entirely around immersive themed worlds.

The attraction: Frozen Ever After The country's main attraction is Frozen Ever After. On this boat trip, visitors take a musical journey through famous scenes from the film, ending at Elsa's impressive Ice Palace.

Food, drink and shopping Visitors can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink in a traditional Scandinavian tavern. Here, dishes inspired by Norwegian cuisine will be served. The country will also gain two new shops: the Arendelle Boutique, focusing on local and handmade toys, and Fjord View with a wider range of souvenirs.

Meetings with Anna & Elsa Of course, there is also an opportunity to meet the royal sisters. At Arendelle Castle, visitors have the chance to greet Elsa and Anna.
