World Premiere Plaza

Once outside the building, guests find themselves on World Premiere Plaza. This lively square, inspired by Broadway and the West End, brings together several theatres that currently celebrate Disney Animation and Pixar stories in a stylish setting. The teams at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris are working hard to transform the park's former central square into a dynamic and welcoming environment. This transformation includes redesigning pathways, creating colourful murals, introducing new green areas and adding new Art Deco-inspired street furniture, with the aim of bringing harmony to the space and enhancing the look and feel of World Premiere Plaza. The work, which is being carried out in phases, will be completed before the opening of the park's new themed areas in 2026.
“As our second park continues its transformation, we are proud to unveil the next milestone with the opening of World Premiere in a few weeks. As part of the €2 billion investment plan announced in 2018, we continue to reinvent this park with a fresh creative vision. At the end of the expansion – with the opening of Adventure Way, Adventure Bay and World or Frozen in 2026, and later an immersive world based on The Lion King – we will have redesigned more than 90% of the park's offerings since it opened in 2002 and roughly doubled its surface area to make it a truly unmissable experience!”, according to Natacha Rafalski, Chairwoman of Disneyland Paris.
