Disneyland Paris and National Geographic are joining forces during EARTH MONTH 2024 to focus on protecting, restoring and celebrating our planet.
Throughout April, both organisations are committed to celebrating the beauty of the Earth and raising awareness about sustainability, both internally and externally.
Disney's magical stories and National Geographic's inspiring documentaries come together to take guests at Disneyland Paris on a journey to better appreciate our planet. Earth Month is the perfect opportunity to highlight Disneyland Paris's efforts in environmental protection.
A Wonderful World
From 5 April to 30 April, Sleeping Beauty Castle will serve as the backdrop for “A Wonderful World”, a breathtaking evening show created in collaboration with National Geographic. Through projections of breathtaking images from National Geographic documentaries, guests can discover the beauty of our planet.
The show takes visitors on a journey around the world, past breathtaking landscapes and a wide variety of animals in their natural habitat. This ode to nature reminds us of the importance of protecting the ecosystems around us. The show can be seen daily before the evening specials.
In addition to the show, workshops and conferences will also be organised throughout the month to inspire, engage and inform Disneyland Paris employees about sustainability.
Disneyland Paris is committed to a healthier planet
Always inspired by the wonders of nature, Disneyland Paris is committed to concrete and measurable actions to support a healthier planet for people and animals. The park focuses on putting sustainable solutions into practice and inspiring optimism for a better future. Throughout the year, Disneyland Paris takes action on key issues such as emissions, water consumption, waste, materials and sustainable design.
Disneyland Paris is demonstrating its commitment to being a responsible player in the tourism sector and hopes that EARTH MONTH 2024 will inspire guests to do their bit for a sustainable future.
