The Merc with a Mouth and the X-Man with adamantium claws come together in the long-awaited film Deadpool & Wolverine. The first trailer and poster have been unveiled, promising an action-packed and humorous film.
Ryan Reynolds returns as Wade Wilson / Deadpool, and Hugh Jackman reprises his iconic role as Logan / Wolverine. The film is directed by Shawn Levy (‘Free Guy’, ‘Stranger Things’) and produced by Kevin Feige, Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy and Lauren Shuler Donner.
In the trailer, we see Deadpool celebrating his happy life with his friends. But that happiness is soon disrupted when agents from the Time Variance Authority (TVA) take him away for his time travel in ‘Deadpool 2’. At the TVA, he is introduced to the Avengers.
How Deadpool fits into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and how he meets Wolverine is still unclear.
