Discover the new costumes for the Disneyland Hotel

The new costumes worn by the Cast Members of the Disneyland Hotel have been unveiled. Designer Karine Soares chose fine fabrics such as jacquard to create these costumes, which are inspired by the Victorian and medieval eras and by Disney princes and princesses. She collaborated with the company Dutel, which has specialised in jacquard for eighty-five years and has previously worked with the resort on costumes for the Cast Members of Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.

For this project, 3,000 metres of fabric were specially treated, resulting in a total of 27,777 costume pieces. Discover more about how this iconic French weaving craft came about.
