The series will premiere on Wednesday, June 5, with the first two episodes exclusively on Disney+.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-een-gevaarlijke-missie\"><strong>A dangerous mission<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In \u201cStar Wars: The Acolyte,\u201d a respected Jedi Master (Lee Jung-jae) faces a shocking crime spree. He must team up with a dangerous warrior from his past (Amandla Stenberg) to unravel the case. As they learn more, their investigation reveals dark forces and secrets that could shake the foundations of the Jedi Order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-een-sterrencast\"><strong>A star-studded cast<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The series has a cast that includes Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-jae, Manny Jacinto, Dafne Keen, Charlie Barnett, Jodie Turner-Smith, Rebecca Henderson, Dean-Charles Chapman, Joonas Suotamo and Carrie-Anne Moss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>'Star Wars: The Acolyte' was created by Leslye Headland ('Russian Doll') and produced by Lucasfilm. Kathleen Kennedy, Simon Emanuel, Jeff F. King and Jason Micallef are executive producers.
